Day 24, 25, 26 and 27

I know that it looks like I haven't been keeping up on my work outs. But I have. My husband and I have been coming home late since we are working on his car together. We are close to getting it running. So because I have been coming home late I haven't tracked my progress in this blog. I have been doing at least 30 minutes of yoga all three nights so that I am still building my endurance and strength. However, because we have been working on the car we have been cheating on the diet. We should hopefully be back on track this week.

Now today's workout was good. I feel like I have lost quite a bit of arm strength which I think is because I haven't been doing the same intenstiy since I would just do what I remember. I know that I will be able to gain that back, so I am not too worried. Plus I have lost three pounds!
